At PinnupPurpose, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Please review our refund and returns policy below to understand the steps you can take if you’re not fully satisfied with your order.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return if:
- They are returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- They are in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The item is not marked as a final sale item or otherwise ineligible for return (e.g., clearance items).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Personal care products, such as hygiene items, and intimate or sanitary goods.
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us at support@pinnuppurpose.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include the following details in your email:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):
- We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing time can vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pinnuppurpose.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@pinnuppurpose.com for further instructions. At this time, we do not process direct exchanges for size, color, or other variations. Instead, please return the original item and place a new order.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at support@pinnuppurpose.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged/defective item along with your order number.
- Our team will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
